What is Trapheroez?

Trapheroez is a premium streetwear designer brand offering exclusive, limited-edition collections designed for those who move different. Our drops include high-quality T-shirts, hoodies, and urban essentials inspired by street culture and the hustle.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship all orders within 2 working days. After that, delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is dispatched.

What couriers do you use for shipping?

We use Yodel, Evri, and DPD UK to ship our products across the UK.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We will announce international shipping options in the future. Stay tuned!

No, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final due to the exclusive nature of our limited-edition collections.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review and make it right at our discretion.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with all the details. You can use the link to track your parcel’s progress.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your tracking info after 24 hours, please contact us via the Contact Us page or live chat for an update.

What if I miss my delivery?

If you miss the delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery. You can also rearrange delivery through the courier’s website using the tracking information provided.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Once your order is placed, it’s processed immediately. We cannot cancel or modify orders once they’ve been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept major payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options during checkout. You can select the payment method you wish to use during checkout.

How can I get a refund?

Since all sales are final, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.

How do I find my size?

We provide a size guide on each product page. Be sure to check the guide before purchasing, as we do not accept returns due to sizing issues.

Do you offer gift cards?

Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, stay tuned for future updates — we may introduce them soon!

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Can I pre-order items from Trapheroez?

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders. All of our items are limited drops and are only available while stocks last.

How do I know when a new collection drops?

To stay updated on the latest drops, follow us on social media (@trapheroez). However, a better option is to signup to our waitlist

Is my order guaranteed once I’ve checked out?

Yes, once you complete your purchase, your order is confirmed and reserved. However, because our drops are limited, we highly recommend checking out quickly before items sell out.

Can I customise my Trapheroez gear?

At this time, we do not offer customisations for our products. However, we release exclusive, limited-edition designs frequently that cater to different styles.

Do you offer gift wrapping for my order?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping. However, we ensure that all orders are packed carefully for delivery to maintain the quality of your items.

How do I know if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly marked as “sold out” on the product page. Once it's gone, it’s gone!

Can I place an order over the phone?

We do not accept phone orders at this time. Please visit our website to place your order online.

Why is shipping to my location delayed?

Shipping delays can sometimes occur due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or courier backlogs. We work with reliable couriers like Yodel, Evri, and DPD UK, but occasional delays are outside of our control. However, do not hesitate to contact us via our CONTACT US page.

Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes, you can enter a different shipping address during the checkout process. Just make sure the address is correct before completing your order.

How do I know if an item is available in my size?

We offer a size guide on each product page. Make sure to check the sizing before purchasing, as all sales are final, and we do not accept exchanges for size-related issues.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

How do I know if I’m eligible for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders, no matter the order size being small or large.

Can I add an item to my order after it’s been placed?

Once your order is confirmed, we cannot add items to it. If you forgot to add something, we recommend placing a separate order for the additional item.

Can I get a discount for bulk orders?

Currently, we do not offer discounts for bulk purchases. Our pieces are designed to be limited and exclusive to each drop, so there’s no need for mass orders.

Will my order come with tracking information?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email to follow your parcel’s journey.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is successfully placed. If you didn’t receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us. Additionally, the screen will also confirm that the order has been placed.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe directly from any newsletter email by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message. However, we recommend being subscribed as we will inform you about future drops and releases so you can be an early bird!
